POWER OF THE CORE”YOGALATTES”This class is a combination of yoga and Pilates postures and moves. If you want to achieve a balanced shape of your body, train your muscles, to improve your core power, to strengthen your muscle, this is the best recommended practice for you.This session will help you to explore ways to increase strength, stability and awareness through a variety of poses. It will deepen your understanding of the “core” and you will learn how to integrate the core to enhance your practice.The series of poses will provide a wonderful training to the abdominal muscles, to the waist region, to the thighs and hip muscles and also a good training for arms muscle as well.Make sure you practice the relaxing poses after every postures or moves and allow yourself some time to recollect energy and strength to get ready with another poses and moves.

OXY-THERAPY

In vinyasa yoga class the movement is synchronized to the breath. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the rhythmic non-stop movement and the way the poses you practice become like an art of your body and mind.. The breath in vinyasa class is an important tool as you move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale maintaining the rhythm of the breath and body. Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word means “connection”. This class helps you to develop the connection between your body and mind through  the practice of breath.

Power Yoga

This class is a dynamic session for people who already practiced yoga for a while.  Power Yoga is an intense and serious yoga practice, where the flow of the sequence of postures will make you sweat. A traditional practice follows the series of poses where you  hold each variation of postures for few breaths before moving through a vinyasa (Flow). The rhythm of power yoga class is a bit faster than other classes. The poses and the flow for 60 minutes or 90 minutes class can make you sweat fast and you will have a feeling of well-being and strength.

Hatha Yoga

The term Hatha Yoga has been commonly used to describe the practice of asana (postures). The syllable ‘ ha’ means The pranic  force governing the physical body and ‘ tha’  denotes the chitta (mental) force governs the mental body.

Hatha Yoga, a catalyst to an awakening of the two energies that govern our lives. This class helps to balance the power of sun and the moon energy. The techniques and methods included in Hatha yoga class harmonizes and purify the body systems and focus the mind. This class has a synchronized set of yoga postures dedicated to the practice for the whole body.

Gentle Yoga

“Gentle Yoga”In the morning after you fresh-n-up, practice this gentle yoga series. The flow and the postures in this series are specially designed to provide you all round health and fitness. Kids, Young, Old,Business people, Sports people all can achieve the benefits by doing this class. The effects of depression and anxiety are lifted and it also helps to stimulate the glands and makes your joints very supple and muscles elastic. The forward and backward bends in this class will help improves digestion, elimination , massaging the organs and it also balances your two halves of the body , the right and the left, the sun and the moon in you.

After practice this class you will be filled with fresh energy and good mood to begin with your lovely day. You can also do this class in the evening after your work.
