We are delighted and honored to have you as our guest at the AAYUSH YOGACENTER. Please let our staff or your instructor know if there is anything that can be done to make your experience at AAYUSH YOGA CENTER better and joyful.

When visiting, we kindlyask that you adhere to thefollowing guidelinestoensurethat every student has a positive, safe and enjoyable experience at our center

  • Arrive 15-30 minutes early to park, check in and set up your space.
  • Please remove shoes upon entering the member’s area.
  • Consult your physician before beginning any yoga practice.
  • Notify the teacher before class of any medical considerations including injuries, pregnancy or special medications that might require yoga modifications.
  • Oxygen yoga studio will open just before the class for one time.
  • Make sure you are in a queue before the oxygen yoga classes.
  • Make sure you are well prepared before oxygen yoga class, since oxygen can flow out of the class very fast so we only open the studio before and after finish the class.
  • If you have to go out of the oxygen yoga class for any unavoidable reason, then you cannot attend the same class again.
  • Opening the door many times will decrease the oxygen level in the studio.
  • Normal yoga studio will open before 10 minutes of the class.
  • You may settle down before the class for your yoga practice. Silence is golden.
  • It is advised to switch off or silence your cell phones during class.
  • Even on the vibrating/silent setting as this is many times still audible and disruptive.
  • Mats and towels are available by the center as your deserved facility.
  • Cubbies are located in the center for shoes, keys and other personal belongings.
  • Lockers are available in the locker room for your use.
  • It is best to practice on an empty stomach.
  • A full stomach is a hindrance to the correct practice of postures and breathing.
  • If you must eat before class, please make sure that it is small and light.
  • Tell your instructor if you prefer no hands-on physical corrections and/or adjustments.
  • Listen to your body! If you are injured or tired, skip poses you can’t or shouldn’t do, or try a modified version.
  • Hydrate before the classes.
  • Water is available in the center. Please bring your own refillable bottle.
  • Please refrain from wearing any strong fragrances during class.
  • Enter fresh and clean. Take a bath or shower both before and after practicing refreshes the body and mind.
  • Wear comfortable clothing. Plan to practice in bare feet as wearing socks may cause you to slip.
  • Staying until the end of class is recommended. Savasana ( relaxing pose ) is the most important pose to relax and calm your body and mind. Inform the teacher if you do need to leave early and please exit quietly.
  • If you trying your first oxygen yoga class or normal yoga class, you need to complete a registration and liability form. (If you are under 18 years of age a parent or guardian must sign their form. Students at the age of 10 and under need to be accompanied by an adult for regular classes.)
  • Return all items (books, magazines, drinking cups etc.) in clean condition to where they belong, after each use.
  • Smoking is permitted outside of buildings only.
  • No open food containers or eating is permitted in dorm/bunk house areas. Respect the privacy of other students by knocking on closed doors and giving each other space to change clothes, etc.
  • In consideration of others, keep bathroom time to a minimum and showers as short as possible, no more than 15 minutes. Have a great stay in AAYUSH YOGA.
