    1. well this don’t work for one or two classes. its not just assumptions, when you begin practicing with oxygen, you will start to feel the changes appearing in your body and mind. many people those who started practicing now they start to have a good sleep, mind is more clear and they also feel the advantages as far as health is concern. thank you for your queries.
