You can also book our oxy-yoga P.T. studio for this purpose and our teachers will provide you one to one Oxy-Nidra session. Our P.T. studio is also equipped with fly-yoga equipment. You can use fly yoga space to practice oxy-nidra breathing fresh oxygen for the whole session. It may give you a feeling like a baby sleeping with awareness in the mother’s womb.  The one hour session make you very peaceful and calm.
