If you want to achieve a balanced shape of your body, train your muscles, to improve your core power, to strengthen your muscle, this is the best recommended practice for you.This session will help you to explore ways to increase strength, stability and awareness through a variety of poses. It will deepen your understanding of the “core” and you will learn how to integrate the core to enhance your practice.The series of poses will provide a wonderful training to the abdominal muscles, to the waist region, to the thighs and hip muscles and also a good training for arms muscle as well.Make sure you practice the relaxing poses after every postures or moves and allow yourself some time to recollect energy and strength to get ready with another poses and moves.
